TERESEC Joins the Rapid7 PACT Partner Program
By Greg Tereszczyn, Founder & Principal Consultant

TERESEC is now a Rapid7 PACT Registered Partner - formally recognised within the Rapid7 partner ecosystem to deliver vulnerability management, detection and response, and application security programs to our clients.
What the PACT Program Is
The Rapid7 PACT (Partners Achieving Customer Transformation) Program is Rapid7's formal channel partner framework. Registered Partner status is the accredited entry tier, confirming that a partner has met Rapid7's standards for product knowledge, delivery capability, and commercial alignment. It is the baseline Rapid7 uses to assess whether a partner is fit to represent and deliver their platform.
For our clients, this formalises something we have already been doing: helping organisations deploy, configure, and operate Rapid7 tooling as part of broader security programs.
What This Means in Practice
TERESEC works with organisations across critical infrastructure, regulated industries, and government - sectors where vulnerability exposure carries real operational and safety consequences, not just compliance risk.
Our Rapid7 PACT accreditation covers the full platform:
- InsightVM - risk-based vulnerability management, asset discovery, and prioritisation aligned to your environment
- InsightIDR - SIEM and XDR capabilities for threat detection, investigation, and response
- InsightAppSec - application security testing integrated into development and deployment pipelines
We don't resell and walk away. Our engagements focus on building programs that are operationally viable: correctly scoped, tuned to your environment, and integrated with your existing processes and team capability.
For a concrete look at how platform methodology plays out in practice, see why the same vulnerability shows a different severity in Rapid7 and Tenable - and for the remediation half of the loop, our NinjaOne partnership.
Why It Matters for IT/OT Environments
Many of our clients operate across IT and OT boundaries - environments where vulnerability management is complicated by legacy systems, uptime constraints, and the absence of standard patching workflows. Deploying a platform like Rapid7 effectively in these environments requires more than a licence; it requires an understanding of what the technology can and cannot do in operational contexts.
That is where TERESEC brings value. Our background spans both enterprise IT security and industrial control systems, and our engagements reflect the operational realities of both.
Engaging Us
If your organisation is evaluating Rapid7 for vulnerability management, detection and response, or application security - or if you are already running Rapid7 tooling and want to mature your program - we are available to help.
